Alexapure offers free standard delivery shipping for all orders shipped to the lower 48 United States.
Due to the Coronavirus emergency, new orders will ship delayed, 2-3 weeks after receipt.
On occasion, there may be a slight delay due to a spike in sales, weather emergencies, airport shutdowns, national emergency or national holidays.
Whenever possible, we accommodate your request to ship to a P.O. Box. However, we reserve the right to ship large or heavy packages to your physical address.
Alexapure does not ship to Canada or other countries outside the US at this time.
Alexapure extends a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, Alexapure will refund your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a credit or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning a purchased item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
