Refunds and Warranties

Refunds:

Alexapure extends a 30 day, no-questions-asked return policy on unopened, unused products. Upon receipt of the returned items in their original packaging and condition at the purchaser's expense, Alexapure will credit your original method of payment for the products purchased, less delivery charges.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, confirmation number or proof of purchase from Alexapure.com. 

Our address for authorized returns is: 4325 W Commercial Way, Suite D 
Salt Lake City, UT 84104. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranties:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within one year of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Call us at 888.411.8621 for details.
